By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You agree to maintain appropriate insurance coverage and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations for your business and services.
Glow Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion. Approval of this application does not constitute a binding agreement; a separate vendor agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, materials, and any equipment required for their activation. Glow Wellness is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors agree to conduct themselves professionally, refrain from disruptive behavior, and comply with all event guidelines communicated prior to the event.
