By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You confirm you have the authority to offer this venue for events.
Glow Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny any venue application at its sole discretion. Approval of this application does not constitute a binding agreement; a separate hosting agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
Venue hosts are responsible for ensuring the space meets basic safety requirements and is accessible to attendees. Glow Wellness carries its own event insurance.
Both parties agree to communicate openly about scheduling, setup requirements, and any venue-specific guidelines prior to the event.
