Glow Wellness produces beautifully styled pop-up wellness events across South Florida — and every gathering needs a great instructor at its heart. We hand-select Pilates and yoga teachers, sound healers, and meditation guides to lead our classes and, from time to time, host free community sessions that grow both the Glow community and your own following.

Whether you teach Mat or Reformer, Vinyasa or Yin, or you hold space with a sound bath or guided meditation — we'd love to hear from you. We work with instructors who bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of their practice to a room full of wellness-minded women.
