Glow Wellness is operated by Ascendra Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Event Tickets & Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specific event and date purchased.
  • Event capacity is limited. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We reserve the right to modify event details (time, location, activities) with reasonable notice.
  • In the unlikely event that we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Ticket prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable fees unless otherwise noted.

3. Event Participation

  • All attendees must sign a digital waiver before participating in any physical activities at our events.
  • You participate in all event activities at your own risk. Glow Wellness provides Pilates instruction and wellness activities for educational and recreational purposes only.
  • Our events are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these terms.
  • Photography and video may be taken at our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

4. Website Use

  • You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
  • You agree not to interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
  • All content on this website (text, images, videos, logos) is owned by Glow Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Newsletter & Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive email communications from us, including event updates, wellness content, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

6. Vendor Applications

Vendors who apply to participate in our events agree to comply with all event guidelines, maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance, and conduct themselves professionally. Glow Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Wellness and Ascendra Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event ticket or service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Wellness, Ascendra Enterprises LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, attendance at our events, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
