About Glow Wellness

Who We Are

Glow Wellness produces premium, styled pop-up wellness events across South Florida — Pilates & yoga celebrations paired with curated styling, activations, and content-ready moments designed to be shared.

Our Glow Wellness Ticketed Events bring together rooms of wellness-minded women, typically 30–50 per event, ready to celebrate, sip, shop, and post. At these events, vendors do two things — create an experience for guests and sell themselves on-site: facials, fittings, and made-to-order moments alongside their own products, bookings, and brand.

Our brand-new private-event business — bookable Pilates & yoga celebrations for birthdays, bachelorettes, and private gatherings. We're hand-selecting just a few vendors per category for an exclusive network, with first pick of bookings as private events roll out — and we'll keep you in mind for our ticketed events, too.

The Private-Event Difference

Not a Sales Expo

Glow Wellness Private Events are intimate celebrations — not a sales expo.

Unlike our ticketed events, a private birthday or bachelorette has no direct advertising or selling beyond the products you're actually using in your experience. Guests should feel pampered, never pitched. Skincare & beauty vendors give mini facials or treatments; permanent-jewelry artists fit and weld on-site; drink vendors craft to order. Here, the experience is the offering.

Please note: we do not currently host floral or food vendors — we produce these in-house. We also do not serve alcohol, and we do not permit outside vendors to serve it.

How Partnering Works

Public · Ticketed

At Ticketed Events

Create an experience for guests and sell yourself on-site — keep your sales, book new clients, and promote your brand. Your spot is set by a customized vendor agreement.

Private · By Booking

At Private Events

You're booked to deliver an experience — no selling or advertising. Most often the host pays for your service upfront, so you simply show up and shine.

If the host prefers not to cover it upfront, you may sell on-site to recoup — and we take a simple participation fee.

On-site selling only: $100 flat or 15% of on-site sales — whichever is greater

Terms at a Glance

The Essentials

  • Curated & exclusive. Membership is limited per category to protect your bookings and the guest experience.
  • You bring your craft. Vendors provide their own product, equipment, and setup/breakdown, and carry their own licensing & insurance (a Certificate of Insurance may be requested).
  • Interactive by design. Bring a hands-on service or experience — a treatment, a fitting, a made-to-order moment — not a static product table.
  • No obligation per event. Availability is confirmed event by event — you only take what fits your schedule.
  • Payment. At private events, when the host pays upfront there's no fee to you; if you sell on-site instead, a $100 or 15%-of-sales fee (whichever is greater) is due the day of the event. Ticketed-event participation follows your customized vendor agreement.
  • Agreement. A short Vendor Agreement is signed before your first event — this invitation is just the introduction.
